These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of artificialmoney.ai (the "Service") operated by Artificial Money LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Description of the Service

Artificial Money provides an AI-powered dashboard displaying macroeconomic and market indicators with interpretive commentary. The Service is designed for informational and educational purposes for retail investors interested in sound-money and macro analysis.

The Service includes:

• Real-time and historical market data charts
• AI-generated indicator interpretations
• Editorial commentary on monetary, economic, and market conditions
• Subscription-based access to premium features

3. NOT INVESTMENT ADVICE

THE SERVICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE INVESTMENT, FINANCIAL, LEGAL, OR TAX ADVICE.

• We are not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner.
• AI-generated interpretations and editorial content reflect general analysis, not personalized recommendations.
• Past performance of any asset or signal does not guarantee future results.
• You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.
• Consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

You acknowledge that you bear all risks associated with your use of the Service and any decisions you make based on its content.

4. Account Registration

To access premium features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscription Terms

• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Prices are subject to change with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

Cancellations and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are generally not provided for partial billing periods, except as required by law.

Payment Processing

• Payments are processed by Stripe, subject to Stripe's terms and conditions.
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for subscription fees.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy the Service's source code or proprietary methodologies
• Resell, redistribute, or share access to the Service with non-subscribers
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service without permission
• Interfere with the Service's operation or other users' access
• Misrepresent yourself or impersonate others
• Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm others

Violations may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

Our Content

All content on the Service — including data presentations, indicator methodology, editorial commentary, AI-generated interpretations, design, code, and the "Artificial Money" name and logo — is owned by Artificial Money LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Data Sources

Market data is sourced from third-party providers (including Tiingo, FRED, and CFTC). Use of this data within the Service is licensed; redistributing this data outside the Service is prohibited.

Your License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes during your active subscription.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services (Clerk, Stripe, Tiingo, FRED, Plausible, Vercel). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions, content, or policies of third-party services.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Service "As Is"

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Market data displayed will be accurate, complete, or timely
• AI-generated content will be free of errors or omissions
• The Service will meet your specific needs or expectations

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARTIFICIAL MONEY LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
• ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR INVESTMENT LOSSES
• ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Artificial Money LLC harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and deleting your account.

Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service ends
• Your subscription benefits cease
• Sections of these Terms intended to survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Limitations of Liability, and Indemnification) remain in effect

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Orange County, California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court.

You waive any right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
